Michelle Blade earned her MFA from the California College of the Arts in 2008. In 2008 she has shown in San Francisco (Jack Hanley Gallery and Triple Base), Los Angeles (Carl Berg Gallery), the Akademie der bildenden Künste, (Stuttgart, Germany), Copenhagen, Denmark, (Gallery V1), and Philadelphia (Space 1026). Blade was in the group show "Civil Twilight" in 2007 at Electric Works.
