Polly Buckingham's work appears in The Literary Review, The New Orleans Review, The North American Review, The Tampa Review (Pushcart nomination), Exquisite Corpse, Kalliope, Hubbub and elsewhere. She is the founding editor of StringTown Press, and she teaches writing and literature at Eastern Washington University. She is currently a finalist for the Bakeless Prize in short fiction.
