Geraldine Connolly is the author of two poetry collections, Food for the Winter and Province of Fire, as well as a chapbook, The Red Room. Her new book, Hand of the Wind, is forthcoming from Iris Press in 2009. Her work has appeared in Poetry, Chelsea, Gettysburg Review and Shenandoah. She has won two NEA fellowships in Creative Writing and the W.B. Yeats Society of N.Y. Poetry Prize. Her work has been featured on Garrison Keillor's "The Poet and the Poem." She divides her time between Bigfork, Montana and Tucson, Arizona, where she teaches a class each spring at the University of Arizona Poetry Center.
